The Masterpan is made from aluminium, which means it is light weight. More than half of cookware is made from aluminium these days. This is because it is light, cheap to manufacture and has excellent thermal conductivity.
The Masterpan has a non-stick coating to help keep it clean and last a long time. The coating is double layered, making it not only stain resistant, but dishwasher safe.
The centre section has grooves to give your meats the grilled look, while the other four sections are ideal for smaller things such as eggs, hash browns, and whatever else you want to fry up.
The Masterpan isn’t particularly deep. But, this is fine for what most people are going to use it for i.e breakfast.
Once you get used to how quick things cook in a Masterpan, it is very easy to use. Obviously, sausages take longer to cook than eggs, so you just have to drop them in at different times.
